Sober living is a community living environment for individuals motivated to maintain abstinence from all addictive substances and interested in establishing a sober life. It is often a bridge for an individual from a treatment program as they reintegrate into the community. Sober living provides residents with structure, support and accountability in their early recovery. This includes maintaining a healthy living environment, staying away from unhealthy people, places and things, developing new sober friendships and community, promoting connections with the 12 step program, and learning to live a life free from active addiction. Sober living is a highly structured program and community invested in uplifting and supporting individuals who have a desire to seek recovery!
