Monarch Home is a men's sober living home located in the Seminole Heights area of Tampa, Florida. We opened on April 1st, 2022 and are so excited to help men on their journey through recovery. Monarch Home was founded by a team of people who are in recovery who have a passion for helping others find happiness in this new way of life. We strive to provide our residents with a home that is happy, fun, safe, and healing in nature. 

 

Our home holds ten men. We provide a structured and supportive sober living environment. Monarch Home maintains a zero-tolerance policy to use of any substances, as we promote complete abstinence. Monarch Home promotes the 12-step program and tenants of the program.

There are a total of five rooms, housing two men per room, with three updated bathrooms in the home. Three of the rooms have connected bathrooms. Rooms can be chosen based on availability and seniority. Monarch Home provides a Private Suite, a two-person suite that has its own kitchen, full bath, walk in closet, TV, concrete parking spaces, and exterior entrance to the home. Two rooms are designed for work from home with computer desk space in the room.

Monarch Home provides a peaceful and safe property. The common areas of the house have been recently renovated. The living room is equipped with a large flat screen television, streaming services, gaming console and a small library. The house has a private patio area which comes equipped with an outdoor kitchen space, a grill, an outside television, and plenty of seating for spending time with the other residents. We have truly aimed to design every aspect of this house to feel warm and inviting! 

The intention of our home is to provide a space that our residents can be proud of. We want them to feel like they are "right at home" while building a sober, joyous and meaningful life.

Monarch Home places a strong focus on the community element of sober living. We encourage our residents to spend time with one another. Our hope is that our community will be moving towards one common goal and will enjoy each other's company through this process! We encourage our residents to attend meetings together, and to find fun in recovery! 

 

All residents will be required to attend weekly house meetings on Sundays at 10am with management and our live-in house manager in attendance of all meetings. We will also be hosting a weekly 12 step meeting on property! 

Monarch Home will maintain a clear and accountable program structure. This will include requirements for 12 step meeting attendance, engagement with aftercare services from treatment providers, establishing and maintaining employment and development of the responsibilities and tools of living to promote a sober lifestyle.
