ADMISSION PROCESS
If you or a loved one is interested in Monarch Home contact us today! Our admission team will be there each step of the way to guide you through the process. Your first call can provide personalized information and education on the program. We can help to determine if we can provide the help you need. We are happy to provide an in-person tour and consultation prior to making any commitment of residency. If you wish to proceed with entering the program, we'll establish an admission date for you to arrive at the home and meet our house manager. He will provide you a tour, introduce you to the other residents and connect you with a peer buddy to give you some extra support. You will be provided with a thorough admission process where we review all the guidelines, rules, rights and responsibilities you will have as a resident. The house manager will then assist you in settling into your room. We encourage you to dive right in and get to know the other guys. You will likely find the other residents will be quick to invite you to a meeting and help get you settled.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING
● Twin bedding
● Personal items: clothing, toiletries, towels, laundry detergent.
● Personal items that can be stored in your dresser and closet spaces.
● Food items, which you will have room to store in the pantry and fridge.
● All medications, including over the counter medications.
● Form of ID.
● If you have a vehicle- proof of valid license and insurance.
● Personal electronics i.e. laptop, cell phone, tablet.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
● Paper towels
● Cooking items i.e. pots, pans, utensils, plates and bowls.
● Dish washer detergent.
● General cleaning supplies.
● Printer
DO NOT BRING
● Any hazardous or illicit materials.
● Drugs, alcohol or drug/alcohol paraphernalia.
● Televisions
● Large long term storage items i.e. dressers, bed frames.
● Excessive amounts of personal belongings.
